Freda and Frederic may be the coolest Frogs in town but they are also the hottest! The costumes are made of a thick spandex skin followed by layers of silk outfits. The headpiece is totally enclosed. The dancers look out the frog mouths in order to see - which means they look down to the floor. Imagine trying to do the Funky Funky Frogadoodle Five and not missing a beat! On top of that the Frog's feet are built in with shoes and measure 20 inches each. Their fancy footwork really is astonishing. Frog colors are bright and dark green, red and off-white.
Ashley Barker as Freda Frog - Season I & II Get down, get funky and hip hop with Freda! She's outgoing, friendly and loves to party. Ashley was part of the Aspirant Program of the Royal Winnipeg Ballet.
Andrea Mislan as Freda Frog - Season III When it was time to get down and get funky Andrea rose to the challenge. She is graduate from the Royal Winnipeg School. You may also recognize her as Momma Mouse in season II and III. Andrea is currently performing at Caesar's Palace with Celine Dion.
Sofia Costantini as Frederick Frog Sofia, is an extraordinary jazz teacher and choreographer, who shares her talent with those in need. She heads up the Royal Winnipeg Ballet's jazz department as well as the Street Kids Program that introduces dance to 'kids at risk.'
